Calagon, Take Me Away
Plagued by stress and anxiety? With a flood of social, economical and political strife in the collective, its no wonder our bodies and minds are getting hit with a barrage of stress hormones. This treatment is designed for individuals who wish to take back control of non-medicated anxiety and stress. This session is about retraining the brain to a new set point of being during the day that is both relaxed yet action oriented. We recommend trying the session as a series to help re-establish a new baseline state.

Frequency 528
Known as the love frequency or miracle note, frequency 528 is the most powerful of the Solfeggio Frequencies. Heart Chakra
Dive into the cavities of the heart with this session designed to allow you to get out of the head and into the yearnings of the heart. Open up to the knowing of this powerful center of divine intelligence. The heart has been scientifically proven to have an an electromagnetic energy field 5000 times greater than the brain’s. The heart’s energy is said to reach about three feet outside of the physical body and can be detected in another person sitting nearby via an electrocardiogram (ECG). Communication runs not just from the brain to the heart, but also the heart to the brain. By gaining greater awareness of what’s in the heart and feeding it with positive emotions we can improve our overall well being with greater heart-brain coherence.
Grandmother Medicine
Want to take a psychedelic journey without the challenging physical and mental aspects and preparation? Look no further. This treatment is designed to simulate the visual and brainwave patterns produced during a psychedelic trip. The Experience
Designed to raise your consciousness, “the experience” brings deep pulsating vibrations and lyrics to stir your curiosity about the nature of our reality. Less focused on a therapeutic effect (although there is one) , this session takes you on an immersive journey, dazzling your senses and creating a lasting experience that sticks with you. Ever been to a movie that just sticks with you? This will be one of your own creation. Be prepared to be awed by the depths and creativity of your own mind.
The Milky Way
Our signature treatment, the Milky way couples a Biowell full report and reading with a vibrational light and sound journey tailored specifically to your chakra system. This service starts by taking an image of the biophotons in your field and maps them through the meridians in your body to see how well your body is handling stress. We then create a sound file based off your current chakra alignment which becomes part of your vibrational sound and light journey.
You will receive a full report which illustrates the state of both the energetic system and physical body.
Participants will also be e-mailed a crystal bowl sound file that can be used nightly or during meditations to reconnect with the energy of your service and help to align the chakra.
Welcome to the Pleiades
Let’s get cosmic with this treatment designed to blast you through the portal and into the eithers. This journey promotes Gamma brainwave entrainment which is associated with astral travel or lucid dreaming. Ideally you will find yourself with a relaxed body and yet an alert mind. In this state, you may choose to connect to the star cluster Pleiades located in the Taurus constellation or any other star systems that speak to you. This treatment will have you tapping into your intuitive connection and exploring your star seed heritage.

How It Works

Everything in the Universe is frequency and vibration. Nikola Tesla once famously said “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” All of matter in the Universe is in a constant state of vibration and emitting sound waves with specific frequencies. The frequency we emit is telling a story about not only the health of everything down to the cells in our body but also our state of being. Our vibration can also attune to our environment. This is why it feels so good to be around positive people or why when we walk barefoot on the Earth and soak in the energy (codes) of the Sun we instantly feel more vibrant and radiant. This can, of course, also happen in reverse; we can be negatively affected by low vibration people and environments especially if we aren’t strong enough to hold our own vibrational signature through consistent exposure. Our relationship with sound and vibration is often intuitive, but when we start to consciously work with certain emotional states or brainwave patterns we can harness the energy to consciously move in the direction we wish our life to go.

What Are Brain Wave Patterns?
In the last few years, you may have learned more about the five brain state patterns humans’ exhibit: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma. The frequency ranges for each of these patterns are measured in Hertz, or waves per second, and help to describe the mental functions of the body at the time. Our everyday conscious, problem-solving mind are in Beta (12 to 38 Hz), where we remain for most of the day. Alpha (8 and 12 Hz) I often describe as the bridge between our Beta mind and sleeping. Often referred to as the hypnogogic state, this might be the moment when you first wake up and remember your dream in a sleepy state or when an idea pops into you head. Theta (3 to 8 Hz) refers to a sleeping pattern where the body is in repair. Theta states are extremely important for the body to stay and remain in a state of homeostasis. Delta (0.5 and 4 Hz range) is a state of deep sleep where dreaming does NOT occur and it is almost impossible to stay conscious during this state. Interestingly, Delta brainwave patterns is the state we mostly experience as an infant (under 1) and right before we die. There is speculation that this is when we connect to the Godhead or the collective unconscious. Lastly, Gamma is a state often only reached in states of deep meditation or concentration and the fastest brainwave pattern of all. These states help to solve highly complex problems.
Harnessing our knowledge of brainwave patterns, we can positively use new technologies to induce these states. For instance, maybe you are preoccupied with a problem and having trouble sleeping. We can use light, sound and vibration to loll the body into a deep state of rest and override the Beta brainwaves that are keeping you from allowing the body the rest it needs to function and find solutions. Other people want to boost their creativity or accomplish a specific goal. One of the most powerful ways I personally like to use this therapy is like setting a sankalpa in a yoga nidra practice. Utilizing this methodology, we come prepared with an intention of something we would like to manifest in the next 6 months. During the treatment we repeat this intention at specific points, in order to “plant the seed” in our subconscious mind. Attuning to these deeply relaxed states allow us the ability to plant this seed in the area of the brain that is responsible for attracting in our reality. Think of this as planting in very fertile ground, where our seed has all the necessary nutrients to grow.
You may be wondering but how do you induce a brainwave pattern? This is where it gets fun! At Starlight House we attune the body through all the senses. We use sound, light and vibration to lure your body into the appropriate state. Cymatics
Cymatics is the study of sound and vibration made visible, typically on the surface of a plate, diaphragm or membrane.
From ancient Greek: κῦμα, meaning “wave”, Cymatics is a subset of modal vibrational phenomena. The study of visible sound and vibration. The term was coined by Hans Jenny (1904-1972) a physician and natural scientist. In ‘Cymatics: The Study of Wave Phenomena’ he concluded, “This is not an unregulated chaos; it is a dynamic but ordered pattern.”
The multiple forms of universal geometry, symmetry and beauty that emerge through resonance in various mediums, allows us to ponder the nature of sound, vibration, form and many more questions.
